     It has come to our attention that certain individuals or entities are impersonating or falsely representing themselves as Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) or authorized representatives of Nuvama group or claiming to be associated with Nuvama group. It has also come to our notice that certain mobile applications, websites, and digital platforms are being fraudulently created or circulated using the company's name, logo or likeness of Nuvama and/or its Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs). These applications, websites etc. are misused to lure investors into schemes, unauthorized investments, and trading opportunities, with the intention to defraud them.

     We have identified the following individuals, phone numbers, websites, and mobile applications who have been wrongfully impersonating Nuvama and misleading the public.
